Wash-Fold:
Wash-Dry-Fold is a bulk service that allows customers to request dirty laundry pick up and deliver freshly cleaned, dried, and folded in 24h. The clothes are separated into whites and colors, and the folded laundry is packaged & organized in our Laundry bag for easy delivery.
Wash-Ironing:
All items will be washed, dried, and ironed where possible, using our commercial irons, to give the best possible finish. … All domestic clothing is ironed by hand and we can provide a professional shirt laundry service. Items can be returned hung or folded.

Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning is any cleaning process for clothing and textiles using a solvent other than water. Yes, we do offer to express same-day service except for Curtain/Rugs/Carpets Cleaning Service. Express same-day service is only available for orders with pickup scheduled before 2 PM. Your clothes will be delivered on the same day between 7 PM-8 PM. In some special cases, it minds delayed but no later than 21.30. An additional 80% extra charge will be added to your billing. In case you are not home for the pickup or delivery of your order, you can either request to have your Laundry dropped off at your house’s front door, your Condo Reception, Security Guard or you can reschedule your Pick up/Delivery before our staff comes to Pick up/Deliver them.
In case your orders failed for pickup/delivery and you haven’t informed us about the change of your schedule, an extra charge of another ฿60/trip will be added to your billing.

❖ For Damaged Items: 8 SQUARE exercises the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us according to the type of Laundry service that customers selected. In case the garments need any special treatments such as stain removal, bleaching, or being processed in different Cleaning methods. 8 SQUARE will notify customers before making any change to their order.
Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to accessory items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls.
8 SQUARE’s a liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed three (3) times our charge for laundry, dry cleaning, or ironing items, regardless of brand or condition. Any damaged items must be reported to and returned to 8 SQUARE for inspection within 24 hours after the items have been delivered back by our staff.
❖ For Lost Items: 8 SQUARE makes its best reasonable effort to track every item that we process and will review all lost items claims on a case by case basis. 8 SQUARE are not responsible for missing items from orders that haven’t been counted by piece(Pc.). 8 SQUARE liability with respect to any lost items shall not exceed three (3) times our charge for laundry, dry cleaning, or ironing of those items, regardless of brand or condition. No, you don’t need to stay at home, but you do need to be there when they arrive or when the cleaning finishes.
If you don’t plan on being there when the cleaning is finished, please make arrangements for your key to be left at the front desk of your condo’s lobby or with a security guard.
We do our best to hire honest people, but if you are concerned about something valuable in your apartment please either stay in the house during the cleaning or Lock up any items you are concerned about.
We are not responsible for any lost items without proof.
Our cleaners should be able to complete the cleaning job within the amount of time allotted by our system. If your house is not cleaned to your satisfaction at the end of your time allotted, you may request our staff to work an additional 15 minutes free of charge. After that, you will be charged an additional ฿199/Man-hour utilized.
Please let us know if there are any problems with your order within 12 hours of receiving your House Cleaning. We will rectify the situation by coming back to your place and re-cleaning the areas that aren’t up to standard.
